How do I cancel HUSH Plus?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap HUSH, then Cancel Subscription. You keep premium access until the end of the current billing period. Full details: Subscription Terms.
How do I delete my data?
Open HUSH, go to Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm twice. This permanently removes your account and every record we hold for you (cycles, logs, meds, reminders, BBT readings).
How do I export my data?
Settings → Privacy → Export PDF for your doctor (or Export JSON for the raw data). Both share via the standard iOS share sheet.
I switched phones — where is my data?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account on your new phone. Your encrypted records sync down automatically. If you turned off "Encrypted sync" on the old phone, the data was device-local and will not be available on the new one.
Is HUSH safe to use as contraception?
No. HUSH is a wellness tool, not a contraceptive. Read the Medical Disclaimer for the full picture.
